The muti-sport race is six stages with a total course distance of 34 miles. The stages include: 1) A gated downhill ski course, 2) An 8k cross-country ski course, 3) A 22 mile bike ride down Century Drive from Mt. Bachelor to the Old Mill District, 4) A five mile run on streets and along the Deschutes River Trail, 5) Paddling up and downstream on the Deschutes River for 1.5 miles and 6) a half mile run from the river to to the finish line in the Les Schwab Amphitheater.
We spent a few hours around the finish line in the amphitheater taking pictures and enjoying the festivities. I didn’t go up to Mt. Bachelor so I don’t have any photos of the skiing or cycling. If you are interested, here is a link to a bunch of PPP videos on YouTube
